  1. Are all the charms you have on the web site? Quite often I see charms I love but can’t find them there. I realize they could be discontinued but I want to be sure because I am obsessed with New Dreamz and I don’t want to miss any. I haven’t received my first order yet but I can’t wait, especially after reading all these comments.

    When I see the prices crossed out and lowered, I am not sure if I have a “Clearance” page and there are more at regular price, or you are telling me all your charms are at this incredible low price. If you have a catalogue, I would appreciate one.

      All the charms we have in stock are listed on our website. While we do have a specified Clearance section with charms between $1.99-9.99, all of the items on our site are 50% off so they all have that crossed out price you referred to. We do have some items that are discontinued, such as the Fleur de Lis charm in the header banner, and items can tend to go out of stock quickly. But if you miss something or are eagerly awaiting the return of a specific charm – let us know! We do get replenish our inventory constantly and can alert you when a favorite comes back!

  3. I purchased a red swarski crystal ball back in November. I wear my charm bracelet all the time. The crystals have started falling out and I can no longer wear the charm. That is money down the drain as it is past the 30 days to return. I believe you should have a different policy on some things. I like this company a lot and have ordered several charms but I don’t think I would order anything with crystals again.

  4. Our local merchants sponsored a First Friday event sale. Have your heard of “CHAMILIA” – I purchased a Chamilia bracelet and 5 beads. Just wondered if your charms and beads will fit this design????? Love what I have seen so far on the “Oh So Charming” site and would hope I can inter change. Can you help me with my question?     • Hi Linda! I apologize if you haven’t been answered yet! Our charms do fit on Chamilia bracelets as well as Pandora, Troll and Biagi and we guarantee the charms to fit your bracelet of those brands. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help! Have fun creating!

  6. I am very interested in purchasing your charms on line, but I have concerns about shipping. I live in Canada and I would like to know if you can tell me if there have been problems receiving cross border shipments and if so, how long of a wait at customs. Also, if you know if there is any duty or tariffs applied to the purchase once it hits the border.

    How do you use your reward points and how do you know when you can use them? My says that it is pending but it is for purchases that have already been received.

  12. I love you charms and the prices so much I had to buy another bracelet! However, I bowl and I love cats so it would be nice to see both offered in the near future. Also, how about numbers to string together to remember birthdays, graduations, etc.
